Metal Sandblasting

This process involves cleaning rust, scale, old paint, and dirt from metal surfaces using abrasive particles launched by high-pressure air.

Wood Sandblasting

Mold Sandblasting

This process is carried out to clean polymer or metal residues that accumulate on production molds and to give the surface a homogeneous matte finish, making it easier for the material to separate from the mold.

Marble Sandblasting

It is applied to abrade the surface of natural stone to create both a non-slip surface and a decorative, matte and textured look that highlights the natural texture of the marble.

Sandblasting in Field

On-site (in your business) sandblasting is a mobile sandblasting method applied when parts cannot be disassembled and transported to a sandblasting booth or workshop.

Wet Dye

This is a traditional coating method, often preferred for large or heat-sensitive parts, that uses solvent-based or water-based liquid paints applied by spraying, offering high visual quality and corrosion resistance.

Stainless Sandblasting

This process, using special non-ferrous abrasives (glass beads or stainless steel balls), removes oxidation from stainless steel surfaces and gives the surface an aesthetically pleasing satin (matte) appearance.

Dust Dye

This process involves electrostatically charged powder coating particles adhering to a metal surface like magnets, and then baking them in high-temperature ovens to create an ultra-resistant, smooth layer that is highly impact-resistant.
